'We need more recruits'
Don Brewster, a former pastor from California, is the founder and director of Agape International Missions, an organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating the victims of child trafficking in Cambodia and smashing the networks that exploit them. He moved to Cambodia with his wife in 2009 after a harrowing trip to the neighborhood and worked with CNN on the documentary 'Every Day in Cambodia'.
He has written a post on Agape's site in which he explains why he agreed to be a part of the documentary. He says: "We need more recruits ... in order for the truth to win out it must be spoken out."

You can help by first going to sites like http://www.charitynavigator.org/‎ and others. Google search for a transparent charity that is going to mark a real difference, not one that is just going to play on you emotions to get donations out of you. See that they are solving the problem, not just making money to accommodate those that have already been hurt. One that will stop other girls from ending up victims,
There are lots of good charities that will introduce you to a poor family or child to sponsor.
These kids belong home with their families, or other Cambodian families so they can learn their culture and their religion. Then later in life they will be a part of their society not ours.
I have a Cambodian wife and children their Buddhists. I'm a Christian and we celebrate both religions. My kids can choose which path they want to follow when they're older.
Please help and give, but research where, what and how much of your money is going to the cause.

Wake up, your supporting AIM which is doing nothing to solve the problem in Cambodia. I have lived here for 10 years and your just supporting another greedy NGO making money off the backs of the children, not much better than the people doing the Trafficking.
Giving them life skill, teaching them to be good Christians is not going to help them assimilate back into Cambodian Society, when they know nothing of their own culture or religion.
You said nothing about how strict Cambodian Law is and that a man caught with a minor will get 25 years in prison.
This country has come along way in 10 years, the government has done a lot and you gave them no credit and you didn't say anything to stop these sick people from coming here looking to buy children.
Do a show on Thailand or the Philippines they have 1000 times bigger problem, and the USA has a bigger problem than Cambodia by far.
Cambodia depends heavily on the tourist industry and you giving the country a bad name is only going to make the country's problem bigger, because it all starts from poverty.
The job of a good NGO or it's goal is to put it's self out of business and this clown is just expanding his business and lining his pockets, like 90% of the other NGOs here driving around in $180,000 vehicles ( yes that is what a Land Cruiser costs here ) $180,000 will buy a lot of rice.
How much did they pay you or do you like just going to poor countries for dog and pony shows to make people rich off the poor????
