Young advocates fight human trafficking
In a CNN roundtable, moderated by Jim Clancy, young activists discuss the fight against human trafficking, how they got involved and what are the next steps to combat slavery for the next generation.
Can this generation win the fight?
"[Young people] are a force to be reckoned with," says Cheryl Perea with OneChild. "When young people are made aware, they feel empowered, they get excited about it and there's no telling where they're going to go."

One of the most important thing that needs to be done as a matter of urgency is to have manufacturing industries paying realistic wages for labour. they should learn to cut down huge monies put into vacation of CEOs, Directors and Mangers and channel it to the well being of the labours. In the Cocoa industry I think the Chocolate Industry should begin to pay realistic prices for the production of cocoa to enable the poor farmer employ adult labourers and also afford machine that will facilitate mechanism farming. Finally, another thing of equal importance is, governments should be seen to be putting in place interventions to savage the situation and stop the lip services they frequently pay to us. Otherwise the cycle will continue from one generation to the other.

i was traffiking when i was ten years old i have nice heart as not could steal and i find myself in one station with no bread and no money and one old man came to me and showed me money and say : i like to lick small boys like me? and i was angry . i could not say no. and after i saw that i understood that trafficiking can make men to prostitute too many boys became prostitutes in christian street. only way to save them is give them chance to go to school and have good life in christian street not to send them back to their country
